Simple - we do not have limitations at all. It’s all about Your imagination. If You are here for chocolate printing or for luxury gift boxes then we can manufacture any product You may desire.

You may be under a false impression that all companies who do printing on the chocolate offer the same spectrum of services and quality. That’s far from reality. For example, many competitor companies print only on white chocolate or print using only 1 color. They might also offer only a limited amount of chocolate shapes, limited amount of colors to be printed, limited amount of packaging options. Maybe they only provide solid chocolate bars and no pralines with filling and printing on top of them. Maybe their printing is very dull and pale. The point we are trying to make here is that we have none of those limitations. Our print is very bright and lucid. The pictures that You see on our website are not color-corrected. Those are real products with real colors. We’ve come a long way crafting our skills, expertise and excellence since 2006 and only getting better with every year :)

Short answer - starting from 1 day up to 1 month for any casual order (quantity & complexity wise). Longer answer - it’s always best to place an order one month prior to when You need chocolates on Your hands. This ensures stress-safe working environment for us. Production time is affected by various factors including but not limited to - order complexity, order quantity, factory load, unforeseen force majeure circumstances, state holidays, amount of hand work involved, like for example wrapping packaging with a ribbon and so on.

The total time is comprised of time required during production phase and delivery phase. For international orders please allow for up to 7 business days delivery. For production time see related question titled “How long does it take to have my chocolates ready?”

Before we begin production phase we email You the electronic mock-up document for You to confirm. If You are happy with it then You confirm, otherwise we make the required changes and email You again until You are satisfied with the prototype. Also, if You order one of the existing products (meaning existing shape, existing packaging, etc.) then we have a vast amount of quality pictures of previous orders available at our website. That’s basically how Your product will look like with the exception of the printing on it - You will have Your own design.

When it comes to design you have three options: 1) choose one of our pre-made designs; 2) submit your own designs for printing; 3) let us make a custom design for you.

The minimal amount that You can order is 1 piece. Not 100. Not 1000. Just 1 if You feel so inclined. However, we do have a set-up cost that is in effect. Since all our products are custom, personalized and almost hand-made it still means that we have to engage our entire factory, management, designers and support crew to produce that one item as it does to produce 100 pieces or more. Set-up cost varies, and also, if applied, is charged only once per design, which means that recurring orders are set-up cost free.

Although we can print with most file types, the best options to provide us are .ai, .eps or .pdf or analogous industry-standard vector files of graphics. If You don't have a vector file of Your graphics then any raster file type, such as JPEG, PNG or BMP will work too. As a general rule of thumb the higher quality and DPI of the image, the better the print will be.

Yes, we scan the picture, it works perfectly. However, don’t expect that the quality will be better than what You currently see. We can try our best to enhance the image if required. In any case we won’t start the work until You confirm the mock-up where You will see how Your image got processed. You may mail hard copy photos, business cards or logos to us for scanning. We cannot guarantee that the items you send us will be returned.

We ship our products worldwide into any part of the globe, including countries with high average temperature. Our tenable packaging protects Your chocolates sensitive to temperature and humidity from external weather conditions.

Normally we choose the appropriate shipping method and courier on a case by case basis. We try to make it as much efficient as possible so that Your level of satisfaction with our services just got better. Should You wish to use Your own courier number then it’s of course also possible.

Yes, we do that often with success! Our tenable packaging has several layers of protection which support established temperature inside and reflect as much incoming sunlight as possible keeping the chocolate away from the melting point. We ship to United Arab Emirates on a regular basis and have had no problems.

When stored properly the chocolate should last nine to twelve months. White chocolate, however, is a bit more sensitive and we recommend to consume it within 3 months.

Chocolate is best stored at cool room temperatures (60-70°F, 16-21°C), well wrapped to keep moisture out, and away from direct sunlight, heat and highly scented foods or aromatic products that might be absorbed by the chocolate.

No, we strongly discourage that. Chocolate is a stable product that does not require refrigeration as this will change the appearance of the chocolate. Specifically, condensation that forms when it is taken from the refrigerator or freezer can damage the image on the chocolate's surface.

All of our dark, milk, and white chocolate products may contain dairy or milk products, especially, milk chocolate. Any person with a dairy allergy should not consume any of our products.

We do not purposefully add nuts to our products, however, we cannot guarantee their total absence. Therefore, please consider that all of our products including solid chocolate pieces may contain nuts or their derivatives. Any person with a nut allergy should not consume any of our products.
